I have a very big 3 bedroom house with a separate dining room in Winchester. The dining room is currently being used as a 4th bedroom. The bedrooms have new carpets, the lounge and hallway has laminated flooring.
I also have a outhouse (which can be used as a playroom/utility room/office).
